Muhteşem manzaralı, oldukça dik eğimli bir tepe üzerinde, denize ve nergis tarlalarına doğru uzanan bir lokasyonda yer almaktadır. Doğaya uyum sağlamak ve doğal verilere saygılı olarak tasarım yapmak adına tasarımda, topoğrafyadaki eğimlerin ele alınış biçimi, mevcut bitki örtüsüne zarar vermeden güzelliklerini mümkün olduğunca villa içerisinde de yaşatmak yaklaşımı konsepti belirlemiştir. Zemin kat, kullanılan taş kaplama ve eğimdeki kademelenme ile doğal doku içerisine gizlenerek yalnız deniz cephesinde manzaraya doğru açılım sağlanmıştır. Brüt beton 2. kat ise manzaraya ve havuza doğru uzanmaktadır.

The project is on a rather steep hill with magnificent scenery at a location extending towards the sea and narcissus hills. For blending into nature and designing respectful to natural inputs, the design concept has accommodated to maintain the beauties as much as possible inside the villa without harming the existing foliage and handling of the slopes in topography. Opening towards the scenery was achieved only in the sea direction by hiding the ground floor inside the natural texture by way of used stone covering and the layering in the slope. The gross bottom second floor extends towards the scenery and the pool.
